Terms & Conditions
General Information :
Anylza Collection sells to Dealers and wholesale traders. By placing an order to buy@anylza.com you are stating that you are an owner of quality product, and or representative of a valid retail business and that you are making wholesale purchase for resale.
Your Personal Information :
Anylza Collection is the owner of the information collected on this site, we will not sell or rent this information, It is our policy that all your data are confidentially kept, nor will we share it in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement unless you consent.
Pricing :
Dealers and Wholesale Traders purchase per container, 20"GP, 40"HD, 40"HU, We guarantee you that our price as per listed on the product detail catalog is competitive and reasonable compare to others.
Payment Terms :
Dealers and Wholesale Trader Orders must be advance payment receipt of 40% from total ordered price for the initial deposit and secure payment by Tele Transfer (T.T) and or Letter of Credit (L.C), Anylza Collection doesn't give credits for any orders.
Shipments :
Dealers and Wholesale Traders : All Container orders are shipped as complete as possible. Shipments are F.O.B. Ex-Singapore or Ex-Works. Port of discharge is at client's choice. Client is responsible for ocean freight, insurance, duties and other related charges.
For Sample or Retailers Delivery Terms :
- All our furniture products are guaranteed for ninety days against manufacturing defect only.
- Anylza Collection usually will do the drop ship to the residential deliveries by courier services agent, (subject to valid address only), and only for sample or retail orders. Anylza Collection delivers by courier services are insured to deliver furniture to the entrance to your home only e.g. Hall, lobby etc. If you require them to be taken any further, this is entirely at your own risk and the delivery men's discretion. Whilst we will take every care, Anylza Collection accepts no responsibility for any consequential damage to property.
- For any un-delivered ordered by courier services are subject to an USD250.00 in-home redelivery fee minimum, plus an additional USD100.OO for restocking fee.
- Regretfully, we are unable to remove packaging from your premises due to time and space on the delivery vehicles.
- Once we confirm receipt of your order, delivery must be taken within 45 to 60 days of the latter of the due date quoted to you at the time of ordering.
- Amendments to orders may result in an additional cost and/ or delay to the delivery of the goods purchased.
- Anylza Collection accepts no liability for merchandise supplied to your specifications where you subsequently find it to be unsuitable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- It is the customer's responsibility to check the 'order code number' and confirm that all product and customer details are correct.
- You are reminded that all orders placed with us and accepted by us, form part of a legally binding contract. Any of cancellation, a charge will be levied of at least 30% of the order total.
Order Acceptance
The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Anylza Collection at www.anylza.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and, or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Prices and availability of products on the site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Anylza Collection at www.anylza.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
Quality Assurance
Anylza Collection makes every effort to pack merchandise with carrier approved materials. Anylza Collection is not responsible for damage in transit. You agree not to deduct from invoice for any damage claim. Any claim regarding shortages, damaged or faulty merchandise should be made at the time of delivery to the office of the courier service or shipping carrier, and or reported to the Anylza Collection at buy@anylza.com with the photograph within 48 hours of receipt. You also agree to save packing materials and product and take a photograph of the damage. Upon valid inspection by the carrier, Anylza Collection will contact you to resolve the problem.
Retailers Returns and Defects :
Any claim for defective merchandise or missing products from the carton ordered must be reported to Anylza Collection at buy@anylza.com within 48 hours of receipt, by email. Also, take a photograph of the damage and send it to Anylza Collection. Delaying return shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Wholesale Traders Cancellation or Modification of Orders:
Only Written cancellation or modification of orders and email to buy@anylza.com is accepted. Any modifications must be received within 2 weeks from confirmation of order not more and any cancellations must be received within 1 week from confirmation of order not more. Late cancellation or modification may be denied, or if granted, subject to a 15% cancellation and restocking fee.
Finishes :
- All finishes product are subject to customer choice of selecting finishes, and or listed given at our website www.anylza.com, and or subject to stock availability at our warehouses.
- Woods, Paint, Spray and upholstery of fabrics do vary from one product to another. Every effort will always be made to ensure consistency, but cannot be guaranteed. Any changes or major variation may be covered by your statutory rights.
- Most of our products are made from natural materials. As such, they invariably contain natural imperfections which are deemed to be part of their charm and are not considered as defects. Variations in timber such as wood grain, texture and colour and natural markings in leather such as flea bites, barbed wire marks or skin folds are all considered to be inherent characteristics of our products, and a sign of each item's genuine authenticity and uncorrected nature.
- Where products are made from natural materials, Anylza Collection will not guarantee a match and accept no responsibility for doing so. When merchandise has been ordered at different times, we are unable to guarantee a precise colour match.
- These natural products will continue to respond to their immediate environment throughout their life. Moisture absorption and loss are part of this process. All of our furniture is designed to adapt well to the hydrometric conditions of the location in which they are placed, however, defect arising as a consequence of exposure to extreme conditions may void any associated guarantees.
- All upholstered goods are delivered fully upholstered. Customer is responsible for selecting the fabrics material and colour at the listed given, and or choose completed products as per stock availability at our warehouses.
Delivery time :
Delivery time for sample or retail order is between 45 to 60 Days and delivery time for dealer and wholesaler order is between 60 to 90 Days from confirmation of order and receipt of 40% from total ordered price for the initial deposit. Shipping and delivery time will be delay if any of modifications or changing of ordered.
Catalogs :
Catalogs and woods samples are available at a cost of $50.00, refundable with first order only, email at buy@anylza.com.
